The Web of Destiny is a Wheel of Time role playing site. We are dedicated to telling OUR characters stories and not of the Wheel of Time world and their canon characters. We are fairly liberal with our rules, the main ones are complete common sense: Be nice to those around you, no controlling characters outside of your own without permission of the owner and play fair – you aren’t a god no matter how well you think you write.
The world of the Wheel of Time is a vast one, we will predominately be playing with in the City State of Mayene. We have chosen this area for two main reasons:
- The books do not go into detail about the city state.
- It is a coastal city allowing more access to additional character types than a land based one.
To begin playing with us you will first need to register (Note: registration is currently disabled. To request an account please fill out the form.). Once you have an account you will need to check in before you can begin creating characters. With out a check in post you still will be able to post, however Role Playing with out a character created is a no-no. Every character you play must have a biography. Once you have checked in you will be able to create characters, NPCs and locations. Once your character has been posted to the Character Listing you may begin playing. If after you have created a character it does not show up in the character listing please post in the Character Submissions thread so that appropriate actions can be taken.
