Mayene is an independent city-state located on the end of a peninsula in the Sea of Storms. To the west is Tear and to the north are the Drowned Lands.

Anything outside of Mayene is role played here.

The Dream World is a place where you can go to have 'fantasies' that do not affect your character outright. However, this is also a place where entering the dream world and various other "Dreaming" Talents will take place as well.
