Description:
The building is Ogier created, and is one of the reasons why the Ogier come to the city often as there seems to be structures added to the compound. The compound was once a large manor estate that the White Tower purchased to make their presence in Mayene more predominant. The compound is walled and approximately 2 acres in size. There are 5 buildings on the land – The Adjunct building, the stables, the Novice/Accepted/Servants Quarters, The Kitchen and The Halls.

The Adjunct building is made of Ogier carved stone and is attached to walls also made of Ogier carved stone. The building itself has two main functions it has the negotiators office that Aes Sedai of the Gray Ajah help with various disputes in the city. Some people even travel from elsewhere to see these Aes Sedai. The building also serves as an Infirmary for the city. The Yellow Aes Sedai assist the needy when they are brave enough to come see them.

The Kitchen is directly behind the Adjunct building and has two functions – the main being feeding those who live on the compound. But the Kitchen also opens it’s doors to the needy (and anyone who wishes to come) two times a day and serves a hot meal. The Kitchen is made of brinks and timbers.

The Stables and the Servant Quarters are made of the same materials as the Kitchen but are not as well kept. The Stables are to the left of the Adjunct building and the Servant’s Quarters are located near the farthest wall from the gates. The servants have a good walk to get to their respective work locations. The stables can hold approximately 20 horses in single stalls. The servants quarters is a two story building with approximately 5 rooms on each floor with one bath room on each floor.

The Halls are located to the right of the Adjunct building and are made of Ogier carved stone. This is the largest building in size but is only one story in height. The building if you were to see it from a birds eye view would look like the spokes of a seven spoke wagon wheel. Each spoke of the building serving as Ajah Halls. Each Hall has three Living Quarters with 3 bedrooms attached to the living quarters. The center of the spokes serves as a gathering place for the Aes Sedai who reside there.

The grounds of the compound are elaborately kept parks. Much of the plants are kept alive even in the most inclement of weather by the One Power. One section near the Servants Quarters lies a hard packed peice of earth used by the Warders and anyone who wishes to seek training from the Warders on the Compound. This training is not free as it would be in the White Tower, each student must pay a fee to train.
